Skribentens beskrivelse af The short filmThe short film is about a boy, which is nonsocial. In the start of the film you see him try to talk to girls because he wants a partner to prom, but they don’t respond to him. Then he finds this one girl, which he also tries to talk too. He starts with a silent “hey”, but she doesn’t respond, then he tries with a louder “hey”, but she still doesn’t respond. Then she looks at him, and see he tried to talk to her, so she gets his attention and explain with her hands that she is deaf. After they have used a lot of time together (they communicate by writing), he starts thinking how he would invite her to prom. But just when he was on his way over to her, he sees her with another guy. So he just went home, then she messages him, asking him “where were you today”, and he replies with a “sick”, then she replies “I missed you”. So he gets more courage and wants to ask her out again the next day, but then he sees her with the same guy kissing (the other guy used forced, but she pushed him away and hit him), so he got mad and left.
