Dead Poets Society The movie and the book titled “Dead Poets Society“is about a group of boys and their club called “Dead Poets Society“. The story takes place in Welton Academy where the boys are studying. Welton Academy is founded on tradition and excellence and is bent on providing strict structured lessons. The school is for boys only. The school is very strict and disciplinary and most of the students are probably to become doctors or lawyers. We follow seven boys and their encounter with the school and with their new poetry and English teacher Mr. Keating. Mr. Keating graduated
