Raccoon

The raccoon has a body length of forty eight - seventy cm and tail of twenty –twenty six cm. The weight is on five - eight kg. The dense fur is on the top gray, brownish or reddish-brown and the belly is usually gray-white. The raccoon has clear face, the black fur covers the cheeks over the eyes and the inner part of the nose. The black face is surrounded by light/whitish fur. The tail is thick and striated with five - seven black rings . The raccoon stores fat in its tail which therefore becomes thinner over the winter.
