Not so long ago, I was out looking for shoes and had the worst shopping experience. The store I had the bad experience in, was Intersport. I stumbled upon a pair of sneakers, that I needed to get. I was looking around for an employee but couldn’t find anyone. I really liked the shoes, so I waited almost 10 minutes until an employee showed up, but it was almost impossible to get his attention. Once I got his attention, I asked, “Do you have this shoe in a size 39?” and he looked at me as if I was interrupting his work. “I don’t know, I can check” he answered with the most exhausted voice. The second he walked away, he took up his phone and walked down the basement. It was clearly that he was on his social media.
At that point I knew I would have to wait a long time again. Time passed and I got impatient.
When he came back after 15 minutes, he had his phone in his hand again. “we don’t have them in stock” he said. At this time, I wasn’t upset, that they didn’t have them in stock, but rather the attitude I got from him and how long I had to wait.
