Essay about the text Queenie The main character in this text is named Queenie. She is a little girl who goes to school, and lives in England. The text doesn't say how old she is, but I think she is approximately six or seven years old. There are several different reasons which can show that she has this age: Her hair is set in pigtails, and it's usually only younger girls, who have that. Her mother worries about her all the time and someone has to look after her every second. Most kids cry if things doesn't go like they want them to, and Queenie isn't any exception.
