My confirmation, the day I had been waiting for since I was a little girl. It was the day where I was going to enter the adult’s world. I had to make a choice and say "yes" in the church to be a child of God. It was a great day, and I remember it like it was yesterday.
The preparations started about half a year before the final day. Now I had to find a dress, make invitations, table plans, plan a location and selecting food. There was so much to be thought of and then to be done.
It was Saturday, and Mom and I were looking for a dress, so we went to Aarhus, which was filled with shops. We visited several shops, but without finding the right dress. Either they were not my taste, or then they were too expensive. My mother phoned an old friend who gave us a tip on where we could get a great dress for a cheap price, if we just said that we knew him. And so we did, and we ended up in a shop called Bride House. There it was. There where my dress hanging and just waiting for me to put it on. So we bought it. Now we had the dress,
