I checked the sky for signs of rain and set off early to make the most of the day. I had packed my bag with a few necessities – a bite to eat, bottle of water and heaps of curiosity about what the day would bring.
The clock were about 08:00 AM and I should first be at my job at 09:00 AM, so I had a lot of time to go the way through Manhattan towards my job. I work at New York office as a writer and am really glad for it. I had the feeling that it would be a good day today and had a really good morning with my kids and my wife.
On my way through Manhattan I walked and looked at the things in the window of the stores, but when I walked past an Apple store I saw something strange. It looked like two men with balaclavas on their heads threaten the staff with guns. I walked closer to the window and was right, it was a robbery.
I couldn’t believe it. I called the police and said was what going on, but they would first be there at some minutes. What could I do? Everyone in the store were laying on the ground apart from the staff who handed out money to the robbers, but I must do something.
