The film is about Taylor Hillridge (Emily Osment) she is a 17-year-old teenage girl, who has middle blond hair, blue eyes, and is very careful and sensitive. Taylor gets a computer as a present on her birthday. Her mother has some rules for her, for being on social medias. Some of the rules were for example no inappropriate sites and no giving out of personal information’s.
Taylor started to be on the social media “Cliquesters”, when she got her own computer. A lot of pupils from her school are on the same media, where they text to each other and post pictures. Taylor likes Scott from her class, but Lindsay who also is from the class is very jealous on Taylor, because she gets the attention from Scott. After a while Lindsay began to be mean to Taylor, because Taylors little brother Eric, posts a message from her computer. He was angry with Taylor, because he not may use her computer.
Lindsay and James, who is a fictive person on the social media, began to write bad comments to her messages. James began also to call Taylor a slut on the media, and in no time, there was so many rumors about Taylor on the media. Every pupil on the school began to hate Taylor too, and some of her best friends called Samantha and Cheyenne also began to turn their backs on Taylor.
