After we have been looking for a long time, we finally found a good parking space, close to the main shopping street. We went in all different stores and bought a lot of clothes, with all the money I got for my 10 year old birthday last week. Although I didn't feel good, when I walked pass some homeless people. I couldn't stop thinking, that many of them properly didn't have any other clothes, than what they are wearing right now. I said to myself that I couldn't really do anything about it, so my mother and I continued shopping.
Later that day we stopped for lunch at McDonalds, I got a happy meal, and my mother just had a cup of coffee. We were almost finished with the shopping, but I still had to use 100DDK I got from my mother, to spend on something nice. But I couldn't think of anything that I needed. We finished eating, and walked out of the restaurant. When we got out, I saw a group of homeless people sitting around a tree. Now I knew how I wanted to spend the 100DDK from my mother. I ran into McDonalds again and bought 10 cheeseburgers. First my mother was a little mad, when she saw me coming out of the restaurant with a bunch of cheeseburgers. I went over to the homeless and gave them all the cheeseburgers. They were so happy and they praised me. They said to my mother, that she had a remarkable child. My mother was very proud of me that day.
