Indian Camp – Analysis The short story is called Indian Camp it was published in 1924 and was written by the author Ernest Hemmingway. It is about a young boy named Nick, his father who is a surgeon and Nick’s uncle George, who travel to an Indian camp, because the father has to help a woman giving birth. The narrator of the story is a third person limited narrator, as we only see things happen from Nick’s point of view.
