Mordgåde inspireret af 'The Monkey's Paw'

Monday 25 April 1998 the police found a 12-year-old girl murdered in her own house. The police are investigating the case but at present they have no suspects or witnesses to the murder. The police have said that Jane was home alone in her auntie’s house at the time of the murder because her whole family including her father, mother and brother were recently killed in a car accident. The police found a diary and a monkey paw alongside the girl’s body, but the police do not want to comment about the diary at the moment. The police have said that the girl had written about the three wishes that they had made together with her older brother, Mal, and about the last days of her life. The police also found out that she went to a fair with her brother and that there were rumors about a

monkey paw that had been stolen from the gypsy’s tent at the fair, but they are not too sure how the monkey paw came to be alongside the dead girl’s body. The diary is being kept in a secret place, but local journalists were allowed the read the diary very briefly and I was one of them. The gipsy had warned them about the magical powers of the monkey
