This assignment is about social inequality in Denmark. Is written as a Student assignment in the subjects’ social studies and mathematic on the Danish high school Maribo Gymnasium. Denmark is not an equal society. But Denmark is one of the most equal societies in the world. In this paper I’m going to make a study if social inequality is a problem. I’m starting by giving an account of social inequality. Then I’m going to make an examination why there is still inequality in the Danish society. Then I’m going to make a discussion about rather we should try to fight the social inequality, and the political positions to social inequality. I have concluded that in a country with a welfare system like Denmark’s social inequality is not a problem. When you can go to school, hospital, etc. for free then inequality is not big of deal. Beyond that in Denmark we have a lot of focus on that is not only the rich man who needs to be richer but also the poor man. If inequality does that then isn’t a problem I a society in Denmark.
