I am currently sitting on an airplane heading straight for New York City and I’m super excited to meet my tour guide Caroline. After a nine-hour flight, the plane reached New York City. Through the airplane window, I caught my first glimpse of famous New York City landmarks such as the magnificent Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. Considering that it has been my lifelong dream to visit New York, I was absolutely ecstatic about this trip. I met with Caroline at the airport, and we took a taxi which drove us straight to the hotel she had booked for us. We settled down and I instantly threw myself at the hotel rooms big bouncy bed and fell fast asleep.
The first thing we did in the morning was go for a long walk at central park, finally I was there and there was so beautiful, especially because it was fall at that time. All the beautifully colored trees and rivers, there were already a lot of people at the park even though it was pretty early. After our walk we went by bus straight to Times square, and im telling you it was magical. So many people were rushing through streets holding their bags and coffee, guess that was just a typical morning in New York City for a New Yorker. We shopped a lot and had great laughs together, Caroline was super sweet to me and probably my best guide so far. As it was starting to get dark outside Caroline invited me with her to a nightclub with some of her friends, I think it was called paradise club. They were all super welcoming and I felt at peace with all of them and I had an amazing night.
