My first week, have been amazing, it is a really nice place. The school is located in Orlando, same place as our house.
The teachers are really nice to me, when I started the first day, Michael our math teacher came up to me and said “Hello [NAVN A], welcome to math class take place next to Joe.” Joe was nice, he asked me what Denmark was like, and I only said one word “rainy”, rainy was the perfect word to use to describe Denmark. 171 days are there rain in Denmark, to be exact.
Joe and I became friends, and we play basketball together.
The school environment is green and vegan, Monday we have vegan day in the cafeteria. After school there is a club against nuclear power and a green/vegan club.
They hold speeches and conferences over the year about the environment and the climate changes.
One thing that surprise me is the long days, you go to school to around 15:00 and then you have clubs. That is a thing we don’t have in Denmark.
But overall, I like it, I like the way the teachers teach, and how they help us kids to be better.
The cafeteria is cool, the food they make is okay, not the best but neither the worst. The clubs are fine, and also, I am on the basketball team. I play shooting guard (that means that I shoot 3’s, the long shots). My team says that I am good, so that is very nice.
