A story about a young couple’s relationship, which the girl’s father wouldn’t accept. So he gave his daughter’s boyfriend an incredible offer.

Jonathan and Sophie were a perfectly normal American couple who had been together for 3 years until Sophie’s father turned it into something very dramatic.

They had been on a vacation to Hawaii but when they came home Sophie’s father Charles talked to her and said that he actually didn’t like Jonathan at all and he claimed that he had seen Jonathan kissing another woman. At first Sophie didn’t really believe him but when she talked to Jonathan she thought he seemed a bit nervous.

But then Charles talked to Jonathan without Sophie knowing and he told him that he had won a million dollars in the lottery. So he offered him $100.000 to dump his daughter. Jonathan said that he would spend the night thinking about it. The next day Jonathan told Charles that he wouldn’t dump Sophie because he loved her way too much. Charles said it was all right, but something about his behavior seemed strange to Jonathan.

However he went to Sophie and told her how much he was looking forward to marrying her. As they were talking in the living room Charles broke in and tried to hit Jonathan with a wrench. Jonathan tried to evade but Charles was both large and fast so he got hit on the leg.
