You don't eat anything anymore and you are terribly skinny. I think you need help, because you can't concentrate in school. Yesterday I saw you falling asleep in class and you don't get involved in school activities anymore. This makes me really upset, and when I see you like that I want to give you a hug. Please, please let me help
