Fun in the sun?

The weather has bin awful for the last few days. Every day it is raining, and it is very cold in the mornings. Three long winthermonths, that is not good, for a sun -lover like me. I miss the sun. I think that the sun has an effect on every person. If we were living in darkness, every person would be sad, and thats true. F.x. when it is winther, allmost all people gets more sad, but when its summer we are all happy together, thats good. ( I think thats the reason, that someone inventet a lamp with light allmost like sunshine). That´s a cool idea!

But without the sun, we all would die. And with out rain we would also die. It´s a balance, between the rain and the sun, that mother- nature createt many years ago.

And there are also some who just don´t like sun, but rain instead. Fk. My roomade [NAVN B], she think´s that the sun is to warm, and i understand her. ”I love rain and hate sun” she says. She likes to sid in the house with the computer, listen too music, and that is cosy. I like that too.

When it is summer i enjoy the wether a lot. I mean its our duty to go out in the sun, because you miss a lot of things if you just sit inside the house. One of the reasos you get viteamin D, and that helps us absorb calsium, and that is very inportant for us. And an other very good reason, are that you get a very good tan. My life is outside when its sunny! When the heaven is totally blue, and the sea is warm, im in my element. I can be outside for ours, just taking sun, sleeping, and bathing . But when im taking sun, i have to consider how much sun i can tolerate/suffer. Its really inportant to proteckt your body for the sun. There have bin a lot of talk about canser in the medias. A lot of people get canser, because of the sun. So if you go out, you have to check the UV index, if its to high, you may not go out in the sun. There is an ”ozon-coat” round the eath, and that protects us for the UV- rays, but some places fx, in Australia there is a hole in the ”ozon- coat, and that´s infact the global warmings fault. So in Australia they have to be more worried, they also do a lot of a things to protect themselves from it. Fx wearing sunhat, wear closed thin cloth. But the sunshine is luckily not so hard in Denmark. The is a little nice place, here is not to cold and hot.
