All companies are trying to create the best environment for their employers. Maybe is it for their reputation, or just because of the boring environments without the perks. Nobody doubts it is attractive with company perks. But is it just a company
Different kinds of perksThere are many different kinds of perks offering by the companies, to making the employers happier for the workplace. Some companies give free internet, some free mobile phones. Most of these things are even not business related. Is this just to indulge the employers or is it working related and do it makes result? I think the most of the perks is just for indulge, but it can make difference and results for the company. I got myself an experience with a company perk. On my job, on a gas station, do we have an employer discount card on goods from the shop, car washes and gasoline. It is not working related in any way, but keeps us motivated to make a change when we work. And motivation is after my opinion, one of the most important things on a good and effective workplace.
