Hey Luke a small letter from me so you can see how I live and what I am spending my time on. First of all I play soccer three times a week at spring and summer and 2 times a week at autumn and winter, at summer it´s Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and at winter its Monday and Friday, at summer we mostly train technically you know dribbling and that kind of stuff,
And at winter we have more physical training like running and muscle training and so on, at winter we also play indoor that’s nice it´s always at Friday from 18:30 to 20:15 we start with running a trip on 5.4 km it takes like 25 minutes and then we head back at the indoor hall that’s called The Faxe Hall, and then we play soccer indoor and I love it! I received a lot of friends through soccer both on trips to Jutland in a small town called Lemvig, and just the guys on the team our coach is called Kaare his our head coach we also have 2 assistant coaches called Henrik and Jesper.
Henrik is our running trainer and Jesper is our technically trainer. Our team is pretty good we play in a good league with much competition. Last season we came second and we was so close to win the league and get up in a higher league. Well at the winter we don’t play matches because of the weather conditions but we play some indoor events were we play like 4 matches at one event.
