Previously most school leavers dreamed of getting a ’’real job’’ when they left school. It isn’t like that anymore. Now many young people wishes for starting their own company, because they see it as a possibility to earn money, and at the same time they have the freedom. However, there are many obstacles for young entrepreneurs personally and economically, but fortunately there are also places to get help.

Shell Livewire has for example advised about 200.000 young entrepreneurs in the UK. Livewire’s success has led to the creation of Livewire International, which is today to be found in 12 countries worldwide.

In the occasion of our annual career day, to show our school leavers what kind of jobs they could get after school, we send you an invitation to attend. The career day takes place the 4th April on Manchester Technical College. The intention of this day is to teach our students the important things there happen after school, such as getting a job or starting your own business. We read the article in the Sundays Time about more young people, who becomes self starters. We think that Livewire is a very interesting business for the young people to hear about, especially since many of our students have the dream about becoming entrepreneurs. We believe that it would be really god and educational experience for those who may have interest in starting their own company. If possible, we would like if one of your successful entrepreneurs could attend too, to come and tell about how it is to own your own company in such a young age, and which things you have to think about when starting your own company. We hope you will attend to this career day to teach our students the important things about becoming an entrepreneur. We are looking forward to hear from you.
