The 20’s was a period of time which both symbolized wealth and struggle. It was a time where Germany was ruined after World War One. It was a time where people in Germany couldn’t take care of each other or didn’t want to. Where the upper wealthy class ignored the rest of the country to enjoy themselves, even though the country was in a desperate situation where anything could them. They would go out party and go to the theatre or dance. Something which only that type of people could do. This was how it was until the Great Depression hit Germany in 1929 and Hitler started to step up and face the country, to get the power.

Hitler had been in the First World War as a soldier in the trenches. After having survived the war as a German soldier, and Germany being defeated by its opponents, Hitler blamed the leaders of the Weimar Republic. He blamed them for being unorganized and not knowing what they’re doing. He also said they were all just Jews and communists. Though when Hitler started his own party, The Nazi Party, Hitler could not promise anything that was worth anything because Germany already all the things they needed. Hitler therefore waited for 9 years. He waited for the Great Depression. When the Great Depression hit Germany and the country started losing things such a jobs, food and shelter, Hitler stepped in and knew this was his chance to get the power.
