It was winter and snowing. 7th grade were off to a camp trip in the forest. It was evening and very dark when they arrived. The cottage was very old, and there was something weird about it. On the wall in the cottage they saw 12 lines they thought were strange. The teachers bought some pizzas for the class and after dinner, they all watched a movie. They had to be in bed at 22.00 o’clock. After the teachers had said goodnight and switched off the lights, Kim and Karl had an idea. Kim and Karl are two popular boys at school who do things they are not supposed to. Anyway, they wanted to go out in the forest, just to be cool and to prove that they weren’t afraid of the dark. They thought the girls would be crazy about them.
Kim and Karl went out through the window, off course very quietly so the teachers couldn’t hear them. They went out for a little walk. They thought they were going to the main road, but suddenly they couldn’t recognize where they were. They heard some footsteps, but who else could be out in the forest but them? Then they heard a voice, the voice was saying something “what are you doing out in the forest in the middle of the night?” The boys were almost scared to death. They just ran away. Five minutes later they heard some footsteps again and the same voice, it was saying “ answer me, what are you doing out in the forest in the middle of the night?”
