Finally the uncovered a small metal box. It had a strange black colour and a strange red pattern that glowed weak, almost like there was a bite of the sun inside the cube. When I took it up I could see that the pattern started from one of the corners and ended in another one. It was hot but not so hot that you couldn't touch it but still warmer than you would have expected from something you just dug up from the ground. I took it, with me into my house where I put it on my table.
When I was finished with my garden, I took the cube to an archaeologist to find out what it was, and I kind of hoped I could be able to earn some money on it. The archaeologist said that he had never seen anything like it before and it had a small amount of radioactivity coming from its core, he asked me if he could keep it for a day or two to run some test on it. I told him it would not be a problem.
When I came back next morning the shop was closed. I tried to call him but no one answered, I walked around the corner and up to the door and knocked on the it.
