Day trip plan for Lewis: Copenhagen and Roskilde

I am also looking forward to this school holiday. I have really missed my good pal. I understand that the parents of yours are very curious about what I have in mind. I am currently planning on what we are going to see this time. You might recall the last time, where we saw the Lego Land in Jutland. Well, I think that this time we should stay on Zealand. I think that this time we should go sightseeing a bit. Copenhagen is a great place to do exactly that. We could go and see so many different things. Copenhagen is full of possibilities. As you know, I live quite close to Copenhagen, but also Roskilde. In Roskilde, there is a great place where we could go racing in go-karts. It is great fun and I have tried it a few times before, and everybody liked it, even people of our parents age. It will only take around 30 minutes to get there by car. If that is not your cup of tea, or if the weather is not with us, then we could go to the “Blå Planet”. It is a huge aquarium with many tropical fish. I have only been there once, it is quite fascinating, but there might be many people and I do not expect us to be there for more than a few hours. Well as I said, there are many possibilities, so I am open to changes, but I have some places in mind that I think we really should go and see. For example to go shopping or simply just looking at Strøget, which is a place right in among many famous places like Nørreport, Christiansborg, Rådhuspladsen and so on. Strøget is actually just streets connected, but there are very few cars, and there are loads of people, but there is a nice atmosphere and it is something that you have to experience when you come to Copenhagen, at least in my opinion. After that, we could go on one of the famous canal tours where we, from a boat, can see many famous sights like the Opera House, Amalienborg, Christiania, The Little Mermaid and a whole lot more. It will be easy to get there by train or car, it is something almost everybody likes, and I am sure you will too. I hope everything is good, and that you will enjoy this vacation.Best regards,
