I lost my zip-up bag but I don’t know when. Can you tell me In the start of this week I left Queenstown early in the morning, to go hiking on the Routeburn Falls hut. When I woke up in the morning I went down for some breakfast. When I had ate my breakfast I was ready to go so I walked over and took the bus out of the town to the hikes, and started hiking. I was nearly just started when there suddenly was totally quiet around me, I stopped and listened, I could only hear myself and the birds. After about 16 miles it was starting to get a little dark so I started looking for a place to sleep. I found a little bunkroom so I started a little fire at went to sleep. The next day I continued of the Routeburn. I was getting a little hungry and I didn’t want to eat some of the cracker I already had, so I went on a little hunt. I caught a rabbit in one of my snares and caught a fish in the stream nearby. I lighted a little fire with my flint steel (tools were you creates a spark to light fire). I skinned the rabbit and put it in my bag for later use, the fish I ate, and went on. Later on around early afternoon I think, I took a side trip up to Conical hill lookout. When I arrived at the lookout it was all most dark, so I quickly sat up my shelter and started a fire again, this time I ate the rabbit I had caught earlier, and went to sleep. The view I woke up to was amazing, I could had laid they forever just for the view. I took down my shelter and moved back to the Routeburn. After some miles I took a short detour to see the incredible falls, on the way to the falls I met a man and his wife who was heading in the same direction. The afternoon came and we were about to set camp when I remembered that I had forgot something, I had forgot do hunt some animals so we didn’t had anything to eat. Then the man named Bob said that they had caught a fish more that there could eat and that if I wanted too I could get it. We ate and went to sleep. The next day they went back to the Routeburn, but I went over the stream and started hiking on the Earland Falls. The Earland Falls were more flat and boring but there were a lot more wild life than on the other route. I sat down and for a moment just to enjoy the view and the birds, I fell asleep for an hour or two I’m not sure exactly how long but when I woke up the sun were on its way down. I decided to set up my shelter, eat the crackers I had and go to sleep, so I did. The next day I saw on my map that I only had 3 more miles to go. I finished hike and went on the bus for Milford Sound. I found out that there are a lot of strange people riding with busses. When we came there the I went on the boat over to the other side, stood on a new bus that was going to Queenstown. On the bus two people just started talking to me, one was bald and the other one on his way The bald one started asking me all sorts of questions like “do you like sports and “what kind of sport do you prefer Then the bus stopped and they ran out, I just sat there and thought ok what just happened
