Hooligans: Firms

I chose this topic because it is interesting and it is current happening. It is also a major problem in the society. I am going to talk mostly about the hooligan firms, but I am also going to talk a bit about Hooligans and hooliganism. ‘

What is a firm?

Football Hooliganism normally involves conflicts between gangs, and they are often known as football Firms. The Firms are formed for the purpose of intimidating and physically attacking the supporters of the other teams. The people who are in these firms are called Hooligans.

In a wide sense, the word hooligan is a football supporter, who cultivates his football team, and literally is willing to fight for his team. Many associate hooligans with violent football fans, who come from society’s lower social class, but that is not true. A lawyer can be a hooligan but a mail man can also be a hooligan. To be a hooligan is something you do in your spare time.
