‘Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle’ - a very popular motto amongst environmental activists and organizations. They all desperately want us to follow it in order to help prevent global warming.
Global warming is currently on the rise, with the North Pole melting, waters rising, and the extreme weather incidents happening all over the world. It is a threat to all of us - so why is it so hard to stop it?
Most people do not see how their actions as an individual can affect the prevention of global warming, - An individual’s actions and changes do not affect much, that is true. However the reason why a single person must use the “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” Motto is so it can and encourage others to do the same.
However if the government of a country does not do anything to help this motto grow, you cannot hope for a lot of change. If the government supports the Motto, and enforces rules and cuts regarding e.g. Oil, Energy and plastic production, it is a huge step towards a greener, and safer earth.
Several countries in East Asia do not seem to care much for it, and they some of the leading countries in e.g. Oil spills and production of plastic. Especially since countries in East Asia are tightly populated, they have a very big impact on the environment.
