Proposal for after-school activities

I'm writing to you the school administration on the behalf of the student council, about the after school activities for the spring term. We have been asked, to come up with some activities so we can be more social with each other. We think Its a very good idea, we also think that many of the other students will think so too. So we have been thinking a lot, about what would be the most exciting and interesting activities, to do for all of the students. It has been a lot of thinking and discussing about what would be, something the students would want to participate in, and it has been really hard to get to at agreement. But after a lot of discussion we finally agreed to tree activities. The first activity is music for beginners, we think that this would be a very popular activity amongst the students. Mostly because we have a lot of talented musically people going to this school, and the we also have people that just really want to learn how to play a instrument, and to express their feelings through the music. Actually we made a link to a site, we're the students could say yes or no to a Music club. There were 35 percent that said no and 65 percent said yes, so almost the whole school answered to our question. We think that a music club I a very good idea, because we know that it would be full, and those who choose this activity will get a lot out of it.
