Dear LizzieI have got a new and fantastic hobby, longboarding. Not many people have tried it, but it is kinda like skateboarding, just with a bigger and heavier board. It is amazing, just cruising down the streets or down hills. A longboard is made for cruising and for going fast.
I got the interest for it, when some of friends of mine, asked me if I would like to join them a summer evening. I had nothing else to do, so I said yes. In the beginning, it was hard to balance on the board, but the same evening, I learned it. I did not learn to turn though, but I have learned now, and now I am amazing to it.
I have spent a lot of time on longboarding, with my friends, but also alone sometimes.One of my friends is a big nerd at this, he knows all the good spots in Denmark, he has talked a lot about places near Vejle, but I have not been there, only he. I have tried to teach some of the people on the boarding school to longboard, not many, I think it is about two or three people.I have been out longboarding a lot with my uncle too. He is very good!We have been places like Give and Brande. My longboard have the most amazing graphics! It is a hand making the peace symbol, in all different colours. It is like Mona Lisa for me, just a lot dirtier.
