What i understand of the conflict in Northern Ireland I understand that the Great-Britain wanted to attack Northern Ireland to conquer Ireland which was Catholics. Back in 1169 the King of Great-Britain wanted to conquer Ireland so he could make them Christen. People from Great-Britain meant that people from Ireland was "none believers of god". The conflict started because protestant protesters began their attacks against the Catholic neighborhoods in Belfast and Londonderry after their demonstrations.
