Min erfaring med engelsk

To start off this assignment, I will write about my experience with English. I’ve always travelled a lot with my family, often to places were English has been the most spoken language, and therefore my parent has always thought that I should learn English. For example, they often told me that if I wanted something I should go ask for it myself. To start with it was a little harsh but as we kept going on holidays, and I kept speaking English suddenly I spoke the language.

I think that I am much better at writing in English then I am at speaking it. I speak fluent English and I also understand very well. I do read English in video games and in subtitles, but I don’t like to read books. The reading books part has nothing to do with the language, I don’t like reading books in Danish either. I personally think that it is easier writing in English then Danish, because English just sounds better in my head when I am reading it.

I think I have a good work ethic, but I usually don’t speak in class, I always make my assignment and normally I get good grades. I like speaking English and I think it’s convenient when you travel to other countries. I hope that this class will teach me how to speak the language more fluently, and maybe teach me some new words. I think the main reason I chose “super engelsk” was that I already speak the language, and by that, I mean that I don’t want to learn the language I just want to improve
