Because it’s too small, or you don’t wear it anymore, So what do you do?. Do you just put it in a bag and throw it away. No that's not what you do, but you do put it in a bag. First you put a poste out on facebook or dba, to see if you can get someone to buy it from you. And if not then you find a place where you can donate your clothes for free.
