“Life’s tough. I hate it. I want to put an end to this misery”, she said. Lisa is sitting on the concrete sculpture in her school yard. She is surrounded by classmates who are conversing, but yet she feels all alone. Although they are talking to her, she isn't really listening nor is she paying attention. She is in her own world and that's how it is everyday. She doesn’t know whats wrong but she just wants to be alone. She thinks life is tough, because she has a hard time opening up to people. She has been let down by so many people, but the worst letdown was by Becky. Lisa told Becky all of her secrets and other people's secrets to. Lisa thought she could trust Becky and tell her everything. But she was wrong. Everybody warned her about this girl, they told her she was manipulative, and only wanted to use people so she could gain popularity. She manipulates you, to get you to tell all your secrets and thoughts about other people. And when she has everything she needs from you, she will find a reason to forget everything about you. But the worst thing is that she will tell everyone your secrets, and everything you said about other people. She will make everyone secretly hate you. Becky is also a bad influence. Even Lisa’s parents and siblings said she was giving off a bad energy, the second she stepped into their home. Lisa’s sister told her not to hang out with Becky, because she didn't want her sister to be seen with Becky. That is due to the fact that Becky dresses very slutty and inappropriate. Becky completely changed Lisa’s appearance. She made her wear short shirts and tight fitting pants, so her ass would attract the other sex. If Lisa didn't wear revealing clothes, Becky would refuse to hang out with her. Lisa has had problems making friends at her previous school. So she thought she had found a real friend, that she could share everything with. So of course Lisa did what Becky told her to do. One day at school Becky completely stopped talking to Lisa, and didn't even say anything when Lisa talked to her. She just flipped her hair and rolled her eyes at Lisa. Lisa got mad and baffled. She confronted Becky in front of their friend group. The group backed Becky up by saying, “She doesn't want to talk to you. Get away!”. Apparently Lisa looked at Becky in a wrong way in class. The following days everyone ignored her and gave her the cold shoulder. This explains why Lisa is sad and lonely. She feels used and mortified that she didn't listen, to all the people who warned her. Lisa didn't listen to the warnings because she is so kind hearted, and only sees the good in people. She gives everyone a chance, but she has never regretted anything more in her life then, letting Becky in her home and revealing all of her secrets to her. The best thing is that Lisa has learned from her mistake. Lisa is actually really relieved that Becky isn't her friend anymore. Lisa is happy now and whenever Becky tries to make her jealous, she just reminds herself that she is doing way better in life and school than Becky is. Next time she will listen to the warnings people give her, and not let anyone change her appearance, demeanor, attitude or behavior. Life is tough, but you will learn from your mistakes and become a better person.
