Teenager-forældre relationer og manipulation

I’ve seen your advertisement and would like to write a little about the relationships between teenagers and parents.

We love our parents. But I’ve heard stories from friends and other teenagers, telling me that they sometimes use their parents for their benefit, to get money or in general to get something from them. Why is that?

I would say that most people start to behave like that in their teens. To be more accurate when people are in the age between 13-16. At least that’s the case with the majority of my friends.

It’s usually when school starts. Some of their friends might have something they want as well. In that case, there are some things the kid does. I would like to go through two examples.

Example 1: Bad behavior

From a very young age, some kids are used to get what they want all the time. Then when the parents start preventing the kids from getting a toy, for example, they start acting badly. Some kids tend to start yelling and making a scene. They keep screaming as much as they can and won’t stop until the parents feel obligated to buy them the toy.
