Holiday in South Africa

Dear family and friends As you all know, I have been in South Africa for 2 weeks and now I’m sitting in the flight on my way home. I have stayed in a great hotel with a perfect view. I’ve met so many friendly people at this hotel, who had helped me on this trip. It’s been around 30 degrees every day so I’ve got a really nice tan. I’ve experienced a lot in the last two weeks, and I’ve learned so much of the African culture. The thing that I liked the most was definitely the Apartheid Museum. I was really shocked of how the white and black people were split. It must have been so hard to be black at that time, I would have been so terrified if it was me. It was a really good museum. On the hotel I met two girls, Andrea and Tiffany. They were very sweet and humble to me. One day they showed me some good food markets. There were so much food and I tasted ostrich meat. We were also at a wildlife safari. There were so many animals that I’ve never seen before. It was such a beautiful place and some of the animals were so big and wonderful. I fell in love with a little elephant baby who were so sweet and just followed its mother. It was an amazing experience that i’ll never forget. The next day I said goodbye to Andrea and Tiffany because I had to move on to Cape town. It was hard to say goodbye, even though we only had knew each other for almost a week. They have showed me a lot and we had been together every day, but we agreed to meet again. Then I was in a new city, and didn’t knew anyone. I stayed at one of my mom’s friends house. In Cape town I visited a school. The kids were very shy but so sweet. Two of the kids showed me around on the school and they told me about a fun game called rugby. Mostly all of the kids were playing rugby and the two kids who showed me around, said that they used nearly all of their spare time on it. My mom’s friend had a daughter who was a little younger than me. She took me to a cableway in cape town. First I thought that I would die, But then it was really fun and you could see the whole beautiful town. That was the last of my trip and the next day, I had to go home.
