There are a lot of different ways to be healthy and become the best vision of yourself. Health is what makes your body going. Some would say that to be healthy you need to exercise, go on a diet, eat healthily, sleep well, don’t smoke, and don’t drink too much alcohol. There are of course many other things you could do to treat your body.

For me, it’s important to be a healthy person. I always start in the morning with a glass of water to hydrate my body and eat breakfast (the most important meal of the day some would say) so I have the energy to a day in school. I also always try to keep my 9 hours of sleep at night, so I don’t get tired in school and can’t concentrate, although it is hard sometimes, especially when you have a lot of school work to do.

I’m training 2 times a week, to keep my body going, as well as to keep in shape. One of the main reasons that I like to exercise, is that I can eat whatever I want without thinking about if I’m going to be “overweight”. I try to stay fit by not eating too much candy, chips, cake, and all kinds of unhealthy things in the week. Only at the weekends. I enjoy eating salad because it makes me feel like I’m doing something nice for my body. However, it’s not only healthy food and training that means something to me. Water is also important. I’m drinking 1 to 2L water per day since it’s good for you and I have heard that it is good for your skin too.
