I always had a little interest in teen pregnancy, because it have been up in the media for a long time now. And I’ve seen a lot of series on the television about teen pregnancy for example. in the US they have the reality program ‘’Teen Mom’’ which is about young girls being pregnant, and see how their things work while they are young and pregnant.

Basically teen pregnancy is when a girl at the age 13 to 19 become pregnant. I have a lot of questions that I want answered. I want to know why the girl keeps the baby, and ruin their life as a teenager, what the parents think and whether its murder or a matter of course.

Why does it happen?

The main reason to teen pregnancy, is because the teenagers don’t use protection when they are ‘’caught in the moment’’ and I think all teenagers had this thought before that ‘’oh it’s never going to happen to me’’. Must they are wrong because, nearly 3 out of 10 girls in the US get pregnant at least once before the age 20.

And I also think that alcohol is an important factor, because when teenagers get drunk and they don’t think about the consequences and like ohh yeah we can just do it. It will never happen to me. And I’m on birth control. And yes of course birth control is believable but only if you take it correct. And if you miss your birth control and don’t use protection you can get pregnant and then you must take an Emergency contraceptive pill its sounds hard, but it will affect your body and kill the baby, so you don’t get pregnant. And there is to different kinds of Emergency pill there are one that must be taken within 3 days, and then there are one that must be taken within 5 days.
