Having to be away at summer camp for two weeks was a whole new experience, not only because it was me and my friend, with no parents, but also that it was all the way from Denmark to Austria.
There were many things we had to do. One of them was kayaking, you could either pick a one- person kayak or a two- person, me and my friend desisted to do the two- person kayak. We had fun kayaking, while surrounded by mountain, the views were beautiful. We flipped over once, but someone flipped over three times. But we all had fun and laughed it off. In the end everyone parked their kayaks and we all got to jump in the water and play till we had to kayak back to the camp, but while swimming we, got to either be fully clothed or if you wanted to swim in only underwear, you were aloud to. We all had fun.
On the last day of the first week, we went to a farm, and got to meet a bunch of cute farm animals. We even saw a horse give birth, it was gross, but fun, and interesting at the same time, we were all mesmerised from the sight of the horse, but we moved on quickly after that. We got to pet a lot of the animals and feel all the different animal fur, of the different animals. My favourite was the cows and petting their cute faces, but my friend’s favourite was the horses. It was a shame when we all had to leave.
