Subculture (subkultur): A subculture refers to a smaller group within a larger culture that

shares distinct values, beliefs, behaviors, and interests. These subcultures often have their

own unique style, language, music, and social norms that differentiate them from the

mainstream culture. Examples of subcultures include goths, punks, hippies, and various

youth subcultures.

Alcoholic (alkoholiker): An alcoholic is a person who suffers from alcoholism, a chronic

disorder characterized by a dependence on alcohol. Alcoholics often experience a strong

craving for alcohol, an inability to control or limit their drinking, and may continue to drink

despite negative consequences. Alcoholism can have severe health, social, and personal

consequences if left untreated.

Dope (stoffer): "Dope" is a slang term that can have multiple meanings depending on the

context. It is often used to refer to drugs, particularly marijuana or cannabis. In some cases,

it can also be used as an adjective to describe something or someone cool, excellent, or

impressive.

Social inheritance (social arv): Social inheritance refers to the transmission of social norms,

values, and beliefs from one generation to the next. It encompasses the cultural, economic,

and social resources that individuals inherit from their families and communities. Social

inheritance can influence a person's opportunities, social status, and worldview.
