Ungdomskultur: før og nu

Youth culture has changed a lot over the years. Young people today are not as social as the youth of the old days, but this is not only a disadvantage, because many young people also today make new friends on social media, where people can meet and be together that way. I think there is a huge difference between the young people back then compared to today. I think many young people don't care what their parents say and just do stupid things because the consequences are not as bad today as they were back then. Back then there were no computers or mobile phones, so if you had to make appointments you had to ring the doorbell and ask if they could be together, today you can just write a message or call. Many young people, especially boys, play a lot of computer games and make new acquaintances from there, back then people were more out playing with a ball or some other kind of activity. I also think that the young people today are lazier than they were back then because my parents often say that they always did what was said like setting the table or helping to clean and so on. Today we also have computers to write on, an advantage of having computers is that there is e.g., spell check, it wasn't there then, you had to write with pencil and paper, so I think it's easier today to be a student in schools because we have aids. Many older people think that young people have gone too wild because they party too much and listen to loud music. Today many young people under 18 have started smoking and drinking. in the old days it was also popular among young people to smoke, but many parents forbid it today because they know how bad it is for your health
