I chose this subject because we just finished a project about street life, and drugs is a big part of living on the street.
It is the very young, who are increasingly trying to smoke hashish, and it can easily end up in an abuse. The youngest of hashish addicts, we know of, is people down to the age of eight years. There is no doubt that the young people's abuse of hashish is far beyond what society imagines. The problem is bigger than ever before. Health figures from 2007 show that 26 percent of 15-16-year-old youth had tried to smoke hashish. And thats a increase of 2.2 percent.

And today we have a new Danish film, Rich Kids, it’s about some young people taking a lot of drugs. Many people find the movie unrealistic, but it’s the truth. Hash is still the most widely used drug, while amfetamin, cocaine and ecstasy, in that order also used by some young people.
Many homeless people is allso affected by drugs, because they’re everyday can be better by being in another world. I think that drug abuse in that society is a waste of money, because they have so many other things to use they’re money at.
