Rumspringa by selling meth. He gets busted by the police, and snitches to get out

early.

Another person is stressed and a little depressed in the beginning. She doesn't know

what to do with her life, while in Rumspringa.

2. What do the Amish call all non-Amish Americans? - They call them the “English”

3. What reasons are given for joining the Amish church after Rumspringa by some of the

young Amish? - Have the security of a sense of future. There aren't lots of jobs,

compared to the outside world, which means that the youngsters have a pretty good

idea of what they’re going to be, once they grow up.

4. Where do most of the Amish youngsters live during their Rumspringa? - For the most

part they live in Amish communities. Not necessarily at their parents house. Some

also live in apartments alone.

5. The elderly Amish man at one point says: Rejoice in your youth, young man, but know

that God will hold you accountable. What does he mean by this? - I think he meant that
