There was quiet for a moment, the only noise came from the tap, Rachel was cleaning her nails. The mother was making tea. A few times Rachel spoke to her self, so quiet that her mum couldn’t hear it. “Were did you meet him” she asked, “Why do you want to now that? You don’t change your mind anyway” Rachel answered angrily. The mother fetches “listen to me dear, he is twenty and you are only sixteen, don’t you get it? He’s too old, you are just a little girl! As a mother I can’t let you go out with a guy who is four years older then you”.

Rachel pulled the chair away, so fast that it ended on the flour, she was very angry. “In to weeks you hat let me in charge in the house, when you have been on vacation. I had the whole possibility for every thing in this house, and now you won’t let me go out with a very sweet guy, witch you haven’t met. Why can you just meet him? You can’t say he has a bad influence just because he is twenty”. Rachel tried to persuade her mum for the second time today, but she knew what her mum would answer. The mum looked out of the window, “Rachel” she said laud “we have already had this discussion, he is too old for you, and you can’t go out with him! I’m your mother, and I have decided that you can’t go out with him, end of story! Rachel ran in to her room and slammed the door.
