What is Success? The poem tells us about success, which could make the world a better place to be, like it says “To laugh often and much”. I understand it as: you shouldn’t stay at home just to spare up money all day long. You have to go out, like going to the cinema with your girlfriend, spend some money with your friends, something that makes you have fun. You could even go to a stand-up comedy show. That will for sure make you laugh. “To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children”. Everyone does stupid
