The year is 1888 and in London’s poorest neighbourhood, Whitechapel District, lives the whore, Mary, together with her five colleagues, they are having money problem. One of her friends, Ann, is marriage with a rich painter who travels a lot. Ann asks Mary to watch her child.
When Mary goes for give Ann her child, Mary sees some official looking men kidnap Ann and her husband. Mary decides to bring the child to Ann’s parents, at the same time, one of Mary’s colleagues gets killed.
Inspector Fred Abberline, a brilliant detective with an opium problem who is known for his almost psychic abilities, is called in to solve this case together with his assisted Godley.
At first it looks like a normal case in Whitechapel but the way she was cut open was very not normal.
Ann is being interrogated and then she gets lobotomy.
Victim No. 2 is found, and is another one of Mary’s friends an again with the specials cuts.
Abberline conclude from victim No. 2, two things No. 1 that she was killed another place and then brought to the dumping site by wagon No. 2 that it wasn’t one from Whitechapel that killed her, because he found grapes by the body and no one in Whitechapel can afford grapes.
