I have found an article about overweight children in the United States. It is telling us about how many children there is overweight. The main reason must be that there is simply too much fast food in the world. The kids are spending too much time in front of the TV,

I found this picture on the internet. It was together with a text, and there was standing with big words; Fast foods don’t have to be unhealthy, you just have to think how much you eat of it.

But with very small letters they have written. Fast food is not always unhealthy, but often it is. That is because in the food there is very much fat and maybe also sugar. For example, if you go on Mc Donald’s you buy a menu and there is always French fries and a coca cola with, and there is a lot of fat and sugar in. The menu is become huge, they just getting bigger and bigger. In the beginning, you could get children menu (happy meal) normal menu and then a big menu. Now you can get oversize menu, on Mc d. you can get a whole litre coca cola in a menu. That shows also, that people just can’t get enough food.
