Marathon, ekstreme sport. Why do a lot of people press their own body to the max, when they know that they only have 1 body in their life? I think a lot of the people who actually are doing the sport because they love to press them self to the max, to know what their body really are able to do. Some athletics have pressed their body since they were little kids. I think not it is healthy to do so much sport. I think the body says stop some day. A lots of test shows that the human body aren’t able to do because the muscle has a max to do, a lot of the athletics are doing more than the body can do. They are eating a lot of proteins and vitamins to keep their body able to do the max. I know a athletic who are playing handball in skjern on a very high plain. He has never taken any vitamin. The only reason why he is able to do the sport is that his food is very planed and balanced to the sport. I think it’s the most healthy way to exercise is to eat the right way and not to much. I have been on a “after-school” there were 3 boys who eat a lot of vitamins every day. Just so their body could do more every day. I don’t think its healthy because the body cant follow the muscles refund. I hope for the sports in Denmark is going to slow a bit down so the athletics body can handle all the pressure the “big-boys” are saying they should.
