In my opinion death penalty should be allowed. I can’t understand how someone can kill another human being, and get punished by going to jail for a couple of years. But the only crime that should cause death penalty, should be murdering. Murdering is one thing I can not tolerate. My strongest arguments are that the victim’s family and friends get some sort of revenge on the murderer. Of course when people kill another person, they may have a motive. I respect that if the victim murdered your brother, and the police didn’t take action. But of course the law shouldn’t be bent for that. That is a decision you make on your own. And no one can actually stop that. Another argument is if he was jailed and escaped, he would just keep killing. Therefore we kill the murderer, and save thousand of lives, instead of saving the murderer, and let another innocent victim get killed. I wouldn’t be able to live knowing, that your sister’s murderer is alive. Me myself I would take action, but that is just my opinion. On the other hand some people think that it is worse to spend your whole life in prison. I disagree. You are still able to have some sort of life, and a minor opportunity to escape the prison. I understand why it would be a psychologically punishment. But it costs the society lots of money having people jailed, and lots of hard work. Therefore my conclusion is that death penalty should be legalized, but with some very strict rules. No one should be punished this way, without 100 percent evidences against the person. But the judges in court may have a hard time if death penalty gets legalized. It is a tuff decision, even though the person is guilty. And it may cause some psychologically problems, if they after a case, feel that they misjudged.
