What trends do you find most important in the section The changing American Household?
I find this important: The number of households maintained by women with no husband present nearly doubled 1980 and 1990 from 5.5 million to 10.7 million. There are 9.7 million single-parent households headed by men is growing 2.5 times as fast as the number headed by women. Maybe the most significant trend for the entire country was that the number of Asians and Pacific islanders living in the United States doubled between 1980 and 1990, well that is not something new in 2010 there are billions of Asians living around the world. Soon they will overtake the world.
