Often, there are few people in a drama because there is only one story. F.eks it is not like that in a movie, because in a movie, we see different places and different stories.
And then the play begins. The curtain rise and Lights come up. We get to know the time and place. We see….
The light is always there where we have to focus on.
Sometimes there are small stage directions which are written in Italics in brackets. They tell us, what is going on, on the stage. The moves, the expressions, and the moods in the situation.
A drama is often or always based on the Hollywood model.
There are always a climax and a “point of no return” in a drama.
When the play is over, there come a fade out, and then the people in the play freeze.
